Allison Christine Miller Johnson, 40, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10th, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at Life Church in Leesburg, Georgia on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, at 3:00 PM with Pastor Josh Love officiating.
Allison was born on May 15th, 1984, in San Diego, California to Nancy Louise Anderson and Robert James Miller, Jr. She graduated from high school in Tomah, Wisconsin. From 2005 to 2008, she served in the U.S. Navy Reserves, stationed at Point Mugu, California, and completed a tour in Korea. She later graduated from Gateway College in Lake City, Florida.
She was a creative soul who had a natural gift for decorating and bringing warmth to any space. Her favorite color was green, and her favorite place to spend time with Isla was at the beach. Music was a constant in her life—she enjoyed all types, with a special fondness for artists like Sheryl Crow and Kings of Leon.
Allison loved her daughter deeply and unconditionally. Some of her favorite things to say to Isla were, “I love you to the moon and back”, “My little best friend”, and “I am so proud of you.”
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Louise Andersen Miller. Allison is survived by her beloved daughter, Isla Ann Cox, and her father, Robert James Miller Jr. She had a special love for animals and leaves behind her cherished cat, “Kitty.”
Allison is now reunited with her mother and will forever remain in Isla’s heart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Isla Cox’s College Fund, which is being set up by her grandfather. A donation box will be available at church. For details contact Christopher Cox.
