Bennie David Braswell

Mr. Bennie David Braswell, 68, of Box Springs, GA, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017, at 10:00am in the Chapel of Watson-Tante Funeral Home.

Mr. Braswell was born on November 28, 1948, in Columbus, GA, to Bennie Martin and Leila Virginia Wyrick Braswell.  He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He was employed as a Carpenter.  He was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Martin Braswell and a brother, Steve Braswell.

He is survived by his mother, Leila Braswell of Buena Vista, GA; a son, Jack Braswell of Phenix City, AL; a daughter and son-in-law, Jodie and John Stone of Bettendorf, IA; and by four grandchildren, Kathryn Braswell, Madeleine Stone, A. J. Braswell, and Alex Stone.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
