Chloe Madison Jackson, 19, of Cusseta, GA, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Piedmont Columbus Regional Medical Center - Midtown in Columbus, GA. A graveside funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at Harmony Cemetery in Cusseta, GA, with Rev. Mike Webb officiating. The family will greet friends at the Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista on Monday, November 16, 2020, from 6:00-8:00pm. Due to Covid-19, face coverings are encouraged and please practice social distancing.
Chloe was born in Columbus, GA, on June 28, 2001, to Thomas Wade and Carrie Morgan Jackson. She was employed as a Quality Analyst at Hostess, Inc. Chloe enjoyed hunting and fishing and was active in all of her high school sports, especially softball. She loved her family and was very strong and independent. Chloe was kind hearted and only saw the good in people. She was not afraid of anything and never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Thomas Burton Jackson.
She is survived by her parents, Tommy and Carrie Jackson; by her paternal grandmother, Doris Jean Jackson; by her maternal grandparents, Chris and Kay Morgan; by her aunts and uncles, Joy Jackson, Lee Jackson, Jean Jackson, Rae and Robert Hughey, Sarah Morgan, and Demian “Chance” LaChance; and by her beloved dogs, Sambo and Jesco. Numerous loving cousins, friends, and extended family also survive.
