Daniel E. Stubbs

ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mr. Daniel Edgar Stubbs, age 42 of 1649 Willie Shirah Road, Buena Vista, GA died early Friday morning, June 29, 2007 at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 1, 2007 at the Ellaville City cemetery in Ellaville, GA. Rev. Gary Gill will officiate.
Mr. Stubbs was born May 29, 1965 in Sumter County, Georgia and was the son of the late Palmer Stubbs. He is survived by is mother and stepfather, Sarah and Cas Moulton. Mr. Stubbs was a supervisor for T & R Custom, Inc. Mr. Stubbs enjoyed bass fishing, hunting and Nascar. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors in addition to his mother and stepfather, is his companion, Tabetha Williams; one daughter, Melissa Renee Stubbs of Tampa, FL; one son Daniel Christopher Stubbs of Tampa, FL; two brothers and sister in law, Lindsey Stubbs of Box Springs, GA, Gene and Cindy Griggers of Saint Cloud, FL; two sisters and brother in law, Patricia and Johnny Tidd of Ellaville and Deborah Griggers of Buena Vista, GA. Mr. Stubbs is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers will include Eugene Bell, Mike Robinson, Linton Harbuck, Daryl Bell, C. J. Yarbrough and Brian Willis. Honorary Pallbearers will include Todd Graham, Dale Battle, John Green, Johnny Tidd, Gary Turner and Ronnie Turner.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 30, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Watson-Giddens Funeral Home in Ellaville.
