David Lynn Brock, age 82, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on the evening of April 23, 2026.

David was a proud graduate of Red Bank High School and went on to build a strong and respected career. He was a dedicated member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 175 and worked with Lawson Electric. He later served as President of Environmental Control Services. In addition to his professional accomplishments, David was also the owner and operator of Brock’s Striper Guide Service, reflecting his passion for fishing and the outdoors. He was also a member of Saint Paul Methodist Church. After retirement, David bought Briarwood Farm, where he resided for the last 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Anne Horton Brock; his children, Stephanie Lyn Stewart (Todd), Stacy Anne Mortenson (Danny), and David Corey Brock (Jill); along with six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be forthcoming.
