Frances Welch

Mrs. Frances R. Welch, age 81, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at her residence.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday at Buena Vista First Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Hess and Rev. Mark Chandler officiating.

Mrs. Welch was born on April 12, 1937, in Opp, AL. Baptist by faith, she was a member of Buena Vista First Baptist Church. She loved her family and animals and was a homemaker. Mrs. Welch never met a stranger. She was a precious soul and very accepting person. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Brandon Richards, Noble Richards, and Emma Fail.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Raymond Welch, Jr. of Buena Vista, GA; by her children, Marie George, Raymond and Kelli Welch, III, Phillip and Raissa Welch, and David Welch; thirteen grandchildren, Justin Speck, Blake Speck, Lauren and Logan Burdwell, Lindsey and Jonathan Deriso, Lily and Ezra Namkoong, Isabella Welch, Aiden Welch, Collin Welch, Thomas Welch, Tucker Welch, Payton Welch, Patrick Avery, and Kurt Avery; and six great-grandchildren, Kipton, Laynee Kate, Adley Klaire, Aaron, Nolan, Berkeley. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
