James Patterson Turner

Mr. James Patterson Turner, 62, of Cusseta, GA, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Turner was born February 8, 1950, in Cuthbert, GA, to Charles Edward and Florine Mae Oliver Turner. He was employed as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Turner of Cusseta, GA; by two sons, James Patterson and Ashley Turner Jr.  and Jason Turner, all of Columbus, GA; by a daughter, Natasha and Luke Carter of Smith Station, AL; by a brother, Bill Turner of Buena Vista, GA; by two sisters, Patricia Ann Turner and Velma Turner, both of Geneva, GA; and by 13 Grandchildren.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of these arrangements.
