Jeff McLemore

Mr. Jeff McLemore, 47, of Columbus, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Akins Funeral Home in Russellville, AL. There will be a viewing for family at 1:30PM on Saturday before the service. The family will greet friends at Akins Funeral Home on Friday, January 15, 2016, from 6-8PM.

Mr. McLemore was born on September 24, 1968, to Rev. George O’Neal and Carol Anne Bonner McLemore. He was Baptist by faith and a member of Morningside Baptist Church. He was employed as a Consumer Safety Inspection Officer by the U. S. D. A.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Bryan McLemore of Columbus, GA; his parents, Rev. George O’Neal and Carol Ann Bonner McLemore of Russellville, AL; three daughters, Cecilia Jane McLemore of Russellville, AL, Ashley Nicole Harris of Panama City, FL, and Jessica Diane Hall of Buena Vista, GA; a brother Terry McLemore of Russellville, AL; four sisters, Brenda Westinberger of IL, Jaqueline Akin of Ardmore, TN, Tina Fritts of Ardmore TN, and Valerie Garrison of Russellville, AL; and one grandchild, Bryce Hall
