Jimmy Lavaughn Culpepper

Mr. Jimmy Lavaughn Culpepper, 82 of Cusseta, GA passed away at Columbus Hospice House on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.  Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM in County Line Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Webb officiating. Friends and family can spend time with Mr. Culpepper on Thursday morning from 9:00AM – 1:00PM. Mr. Culpepper was born February 27, 1939 in Chattahoochee County, GA to the late Otis Culpepper and Helen Kemp Culpepper. During his service in the U.S. Navy, he was stationed in Hawaii.  He was retired from Georgia Power after over 25 years of service.  Mr. Culpepper enjoyed fishing and tinkering with mechanical things.

 Survivors include his wife, Jane Harris Culpepper of Cusseta, GA; his daughter, Amanda Leigh Culpepper of Decatur, GA; a sister, Dianne Warren of Marietta, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
