John Joseph Pisarri


Mr. John Joseph Pisarri, 71, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, January 4, 2021, in the Chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista, GA with Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating. Burial will follow the service at New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Due to Covid-19, face coverings are encouraged and please practice social distancing.
 
Mr. Pisarri was born July 3, 1949 in Staten Island, NY to Joseph Pisarri and Phyllis Perna Pisarri. He was a true New Yorker, loving the NY Yankees, eating spicy Italian food and always enjoyed a good New York bagel.  Mr. Pisarri enjoyed watching Sci-Fi, especially Star Trek.  He also loved fishing, hunting and animals.  His most favorite past time was being with his wife, Louise and now they are together forever.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Mollie Louise Pisarri and a sister, Josephine Pisarri.
 
He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Marissa and Christopher Conti and Denise and Anthony Martinez, all of Staten Island, NY; a son and daughter-in-law, Domenick and Dyane Caracappa; five grandchildren, Steven Caracappa, D. J. Caracappa, Michael Caracappa, Anthony Martinez, and Ava Martinez; an aunt, Frances Cammarata of Staten Island, NY; and several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
