Mr. Marc Christopher Colone, 60, of Ellaville, passed away peacefully at his residence on September 1, 2026. Services will be private.

Mr. Colone was born December 20, 1965, in San Bernadino County, CA to John Pattavina and Lydia Elyea Colone. Marc loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids and cooking for everybody. He always had a woodworking project or something he was tinkering with at the house. Marc also enjoyed going camping, fishing and being outdoors, as long as it wasn’t cold. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Dad, Paul Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Colone of Ellaville; two children, Brandon Harbuck of Cumming, GA and Lacy Bailey and her husband, Justin of Ellaville; a brother, Tony Colone of Covington, GA; and five grandchildren, Grace Harbuck of Puyallup, WA, Charlie Harbuck of Cumming, GA, Tanner Harbuck of Cumming, GA and Katelyn and Madyson Bailey, both of Ellaville; his step-mother, Diane Phillips of Atlanta, GA; and a special cousin, Kristine Werho and her husband, Terry.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Phoebe Oncology and Phoebe-Sumter Hospice for the care and attention given to Marc over the last year.
