Millard Lee Raulston

BUENA VISTA, GA --- Mr. Millard Lee Raulston, 78, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Whitt officiating.

Mr. Raulston was born January 21, 1937, in Carroll, NE, to Virgil and Mary Shufelt Raulston. He served in the Navy and had been employed at Sawmills and Chipmills. He was a member of Lumpkin United Methodist Church and was a member of the Lion’s Club, the Jaycee’s, and the Boy Scouts. He enjoyed music, watching NASCAR, and computers. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Shaun and Heather Raulston of Buena Vista, GA; by a daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Randy Gay of Dublin, GA; by a brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Beverly Raulston of California; by a brother-in-law, Wesley Hughes of Laurel, MS; a sister-in-law, Sara Allison of Columbia, SC; by a sister, Lois Evans of Nebraska; and by grandchildren, Meagan Gosa, Madelyn Gay, Lyza Raulston, Ian Raulston, Chandler Gay, and Aza Raulston.
