Mitch Dollar

Mr. Mitchell “Mitch” Nathaniel Dollar, 62, of Ellaville passed away at his residence on December 13, 2023.  Memorial services will be held in the chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Ellaville on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Stephen Fripp officiating. 

Mr. Dollar was born September 13, 1961 in Bainbridge, GA to Jackie Nathaniel and Geneva Addison Dollar. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but most of all, spending time with his grandchildren. 

He is survived by his children, Steven Dollar (Danielle) of Ellaville, GA, Scott Hortman of Dawson, GA and Kellie Dollar Lord of Athens, GA; his parents, Jack and Geneva Dollar; two brothers, Randy Dollar (Angela) of Americus, GA and Kem Dollar (Jennifer) of Bainbridge, GA; three sisters, Lisa Welch (Billy) of Adel, GA, Michelle Miles of Bainbridge, GA and Amy Roberts (Jackie) of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Brock Hortman, Jamie Hortman, Ethan Hortman, Gunner Dollar, Colby Dollar, Lennox Turner and Bubba Turner; and several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
