Patricia Reed

Ms. Patricia K. Reed, 73, of Mauk, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Columbus Hospice in Columbus, GA. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Lakeview Full Gospel Church.

Ms. Reed was born in Frankfort, IN, on February 15, 1949, to the late Walter and Edna Gleason. She attended Lakeview Full Gospel Church where she was the song leader. Ms. Reed loved the Lord and enjoyed hosting bible studies. She was a jokester and had a good sense of humor. Ms. Reed enjoyed writing songs and poems and gardening with her daughter, Joy.  She was a Gold-Star Grandmother to SSG Jamie Jarboe, who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and grandson, Jamie, she was preceded in death by her 12 siblings.

She is survived by her daughter, Joy Lynn Dunn of Mauk, GA; by her adopted grandchildren, Jamie and Michelle McCoy; and by two great-grandchildren, Ashlynn and Anthony McCoy.
