Ramona A. Tidd

     ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mrs. Ramona A. Tidd, age 52, of Ellaville, GA, died Monday, January 18, 2016.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, January 22, 2016 in the chapel of Watson-Giddens Funeral Home. Burial with follow at 3:00PM in the Evergreen Cemetery, 256 Benjamin Hill Drive East, Fitzgerald, GA.  Rev. Joel Smith will officiate. 

     Mrs. Tidd was born December 1, 1963 in Germany, the daughter of James Tomey of Dothan, AL and the late Doris Sullivan Tomey.  She was a License Practical Nurse.  Mrs. Tidd was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.  She enjoyed fishing and tending to goats.

     Mrs. Tidd is survived by her husband, Johnny Tidd; one son, Raymond Revels of Ocilla, GA; one daughter, Wendy Davis and husband Joshua of Warner Robins, GA; two step-daughters, Geni Leigh Dufresne and husband, Danny of Leesburg, FL, Randi Tidd of Locust Grove, GA; one step-son, John Tidd, Jr. and wife Rhianna of Ellaville; and one sister, Joy Gilliland and husband Pat of Thailand. Three grandchildren, Emma Moyer, Aubrey Moyer, Brooklyn Revels and seven step-grandchildren, Landon Aldridge, Matthew Dufresne, Reid McCord, Jaid Tidd, Bentley Tidd, Brayden Tidd, Isaiah Thompson; and one nephew, Zac Gilliland also survive. 

     Visitation will be held Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Watson-Giddens Funeral Home in Ellaville, GA.
