Robert "Bob" Lee Gilley

Mr. Robert “Bob” Lee Gilley, 85, of Ellaville passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Piedmont Midtown Medical Center.  There will be a memorial service held at a later date. 

            Bob was born January 25, 1936 in Hogansville, GA to the late Will and Gertrude Gilley.  Upon his discharge from the United States Coast Guard, Bob went on to retire from North Brothers Insulation Company after many years of service.  He was a member of Ellaville Baptist Church and an all-around good person. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Gilley and Jack Gilley; and a sister, Mary Lowery.

            Survivors include his wife, Dedra Gilley of Ellaville, GA; a son, Jamey Raybon of Ellaville, GA; one grandson, John Logan Raybon; a sister, Mildred Robinson of Hogansville, GA; and a nephew, Brad Lowery of LaGrange, GA.
