Robert Byron Ferry, Jr.

Mr. Robert Byron Ferry, Jr., 64, of Box Springs, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at his residence.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, January 12, 2015, in the Chapel of Watson-Tante Funeral Home with Reverend David Chapman officiating.

Mr. Ferry was born August 3, 1950, in Columbus, GA, to Robert Ferry, Sr. and Patsy Crosby Ferry. Baptist by faith, he had been self-employed as a painter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Welch.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Bryan Hatcher of Columbus, GA; by a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Fred Coppedge of North Carolina; and by two grandchildren, Kendall Hatcher and Landen Hatcher.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
