Mrs. Sanora Faye Dominy, 72, passed away on July 22, 2026. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2026, at Amazing Grace Baptist Church, 975 Felder St., Americus at 11:00AM with Rev. Tim Sizemore and Rev. Damon Fountain officiating. The family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 AM until service time.

Mrs. Dominy was born October 3, 1953, in Defuniak Springs, FL to Hubert and Dorothy Lott Mason. She worked most of her life as a seamstress. Mrs. Dominy enjoyed baking, playing cards with her friends, putting together puzzles and going to Bingo at the Chick-fil-A. She enjoyed going camping with her husband and spending time with her family and her cats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford Mason and Herschel Mason. 

Survivors include three children, Tonya Sizemore and her husband, Tim of Macon, GA, Sheila Hewitt of Ellaville, GA, and Greg Dominy and his wife, Sharon of Ellaville, GA; seven grandchildren, Libby Kelly (Taylor), Leah Skinner (Jutt), Logan Scott (Ethan), Mason Apperson (Makayla), Colby Hewitt (Keltsy), Laine Crawford (Cole), and Tate Dominy; six great-grandchildren, Parker Kelly, Grant Kelly, Denver Skinner, Marlee Apperson, Maverick Apperson, and Ry Ry Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
