Thomas "Ted" Ellis Dunmon, Sr.

Thomas “Ted” Ellis Dunmon, Sr., age 86, passed away at Magnolia Manor of Marion County on Sunday, September 23, 2018.  Graveside services will be held at Union United Methodist Church Cemetery on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joy Wilson and Rev. Bill Harris officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. 

Mr. Dunmon was born on September 9,1932 in Americus, GA to the late Clarence William Dunmon and Mattie Lou Hunnicutt Dunmon. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Janie Hancock Dunmon; his four children, Thomas E. Dunmon, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Dunwoody, GA, Donald G. Belcher and his wife Carla of Tennille, GA, William L. “Bill” Dunmon and his wife Michi of Bonaire, GA, and Robert A. Dunmon and his wife, Susan of Bella Vista, AR; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Pam Law of Americus, GA and Lucille Powell of Warner Robins, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
