Thomas A. Workman

Mr. Thomas A. Workman, 89, of Cusseta, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 2:00PM at Cusseta Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM at Cusseta Baptist Church. Burial will be in Redbay Cemetery in Redbay, FL on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00PM.

Mr. Workman was born December 28, 1931 in Logan, WV to Gilbert and Ivy Null Workman.  Mr. Workman was retired from the U.S. Army after many years of service.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing on the pond on his property and taking care of his family and his wife of 68 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Sue Smith, a granddaughter Rebecca Lynn McLemore and thirteen siblings. 

Survivors include his wife, Annie Workman, Cusseta, GA; a son, Thomas Joseph Workman of Cusseta, GA; two daughters, Charlotte Valitzki and her husband, Thomas of Hull, Georgia and Debra Cosby and her husband, Bo of Cusseta, GA; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
