Mr. William Samuel Waters, 52, passed away on November 5, 2017 in Columbus, GA. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 in the chapel of Watson-Giddens Funeral Home at 11:00 AM with Bro. Mike Brandenburg and Hamilton Waters officiating.
Survivors include his father, Charles Waters of Butler, GA; and a brother, Hamilton Waters of Butler, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
