Robert Robledo Quiroz

Mr. Robert Robledo Quiroz, 50 of Oglethorpe, GA passed away on February 26, 2021.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM at 261 County Line Rd., Oglethorpe, GA with Pastor Jamie Grantham officiating.  Friends of Mr. Quiroz may visit him on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM at Way-Watson Funeral Home, Ellaville.

Mr. Quiroz was born on May 12, 1970 to Paulino Quiroz and Frances Robledo in Ona, FL.  Robert was always laughing and joking and he loved making other people smile.  He never met a stranger and loved unconditionally, especially his children.  Robert was a devoted husband to his wife, Angie.  He enjoyed traveling, being outdoors and having gatherings with friends and family, so he could cook for everybody.  Robert was a fighter to the very end and will be missed dearly.  He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Paulino Quiroz, Jr. and Richard Quiroz.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Quiroz of Oglethorpe, GA; his mother, Frances Robledo of Ona, FL; five daughters, Ruby Quiroz (Keith McBride) of Seffner, FL, Samantha Quiroz (Mateo Gonzalez) of Americus, GA, Cheyenne Rivera of Zolfo Springs, FL, Jacqueline Hart (Ethan) of Carrolton, GA, and Kayla Reeves (Kyle) of Americus, GA; fourteen grandchildren, Brett, Ray, Asa, Evie, Miracle, Mateo Jr., Abel, Reyna, Danielle, Aurora, Jaime, Janessa, Jezuz, and Jailen; two brothers, Christopher Quiroz (Elida) of Ft. Mead, FL, and Manuel Quiroz (Tracy) of Ellaville, GA; two sisters, Irene Padilla (Joel) of Ocala, FL, and Carolyn Gonzalez (Mario) of Riverview, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
